Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Bensalem

Decent Courtyard Marriott. Renovated and has nice patio out back to sit in nice weather. Rooms are normal for courtyard and decently new. Cafe in lobby has lots of seating. Location is close to variety of restaurants. Service is ok and the rooms could use better cleaning.

Front desk and service staff are exceptional. Focused on customer service and customer experience. Taking is positive personable and welcoming. Just the person and just the energy to greet me by name at any time of her day. The room was great. Great night's sleep. Shower and bathroom facility was grand. Perfect facilities and venue for the adjacent wedding activities. Wonderful. Taking deserves a merit raise!

Had a pleasant stay at the Courtyard Philadelphia Bensalem. The rooms are notably nice and clean, and I absolutely loved the convenience of the keyless entry and self-check-in—it made arrival a breeze. The room features a modern open-shower design; while the water pressure and temperature were great, the lack of a door or curtain made the bathroom area feel a bit chilly during showers. My only real suggestions for improvement would be the dining options: the breakfast menu felt a bit limited, and the bar area could use a bit more atmosphere/service. Overall, a solid, modern choice for the area!

We were here for my birthday and to see a show at Parx. It was a nice clean and close location. The indoor pool and spa was a welcome surprise when we had it to ourselves. The room was clean and comfortable for the 2 of us. This will be my go to place to stay when we come back to the area.

Staff were all very nice. The restaurant/bar area was open late so we were able to get snacks before going out. King size bed rooms were big. The outlets/usb ports on the dressers need replaced, plug wouldn't stay in and the USB port was missing a piece. The bathroom was a good size, very clean. 100% would stay at this location again!

I stay here often for work, even though there are other hotels closer. The rooms are always clean and the housekeeping staff always does a great job. There is a nice walking path nearby

The hotel overall is pleasant, and the front desk staff provided good customer service. However, the room I stayed in had several maintenance issues. The bathroom door required force to open and close, some handles were loose, and the microwave door was obstructed by a piece of wood. A few furniture edges were worn and could potentially cause injury, and some lamps were not working. The café menu could also be expanded to offer more variety that appeals to different tastes and cultural preferences. I hope these areas are improved before my next visit. Update: Oct2025: went back on October and Novemeber. I got different room which was much better and nice. The Cafe offered to adjust some of the items in their menu, it wasn't ideal but it worked. Thanks for getting better. Update: Jan2026: This visit was much better, everything was just right. The café refreshed its menu, and our room was clean and comfortable.
